Once again Substack has frozen a draft I had all the way done and ready to go to subscribers and will not let me edit it, save it, or anything else. There is no contact area for support anymore. I found one before and they did not respond to me. I will not be using this service for my newsletter, which really stinks because I really wanted this to work out. I am just very tired of having to redo posts on here when they ask if I want to add subscribe buttons and when I go back to do so, they freeze the post.
Sorry, but I don’t have time for this and I know there are better blog hosts and newsletter services out there.

That's really weird - I've actually had more issues with Wordpress. Most of the issue tends to be my own laptop or Firefox freezing, but I've found that if something like that happens, Substack is more likely to be able to put me close to where I was - even in comments! I was particularly annoyed with Wordpress a few weeks ago when I literally had to re-write about 20-30 minutes of material because supposedly the last save was that far back (which didn't make any sense since the photos I uploaded shortly before the crash were all saved!) Come to think of it, though, Wordpress hasn't hung on "saving post" for me for quite awhile now. I'm trying to work with both systems, for better or for worse. Although I'd say that Substack is easier to write with, I don't like how it handles media assets (though Wordpress should institute "tagging") and there's more customization available at WP. I hope you still come by to read though!
